These terms describe how we work with you for holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, and takedown. Last updated January 2026.
Our services
Silver Bells Lighting Co. provides holiday lighting design, installation, seasonal maintenance, and post-season takedown for homes and businesses in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius. These terms apply when you request an estimate, schedule work, or allow us on your property.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free. Because every property and design is different, your written estimate outlines the display, products, and services included and the price for that work. Prices may change between seasons or between an estimate and a confirmed booking, but the price in your signed or confirmed estimate is the price you pay for that season's work.
Scheduling and weather
We schedule installations ahead of the season and do our best to honor your requested dates. Georgia weather occasionally requires rescheduling, and we will work with you to find a new date as quickly as conditions allow.
Access to your property
Please make sure we have safe access to the areas in your estimate, including gates, outlets, and any locked areas, on installation, maintenance, and takedown visits.
Care of your display
We install products designed for seasonal outdoor use. If a light goes out or a strand needs attention during the season, contact us and we will arrange maintenance for items we installed. Displays are decorative and not designed to remain installed year round.
Takedown
Unless your estimate says otherwise, takedown is included and scheduled after the holidays. We ask that you leave installed items in place so we can remove them safely and completely.
Payments
Payment terms are stated in your estimate. Unless your estimate says otherwise, payment is due when services for the season are completed. We accept payment by the methods listed on your invoice.
Responsibility and insurance
We carry appropriate insurance for our work and install professionally to minimize risk to your property. Our responsibility for this website and our services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the season's services. Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot be limited under Georgia law.
Photos of completed work
We may photograph our completed displays for our records. If you would prefer we not share photos of your property publicly, just tell us and we will honor that.
Intellectual property
Our website content, designs, and photos belong to Silver Bells Lighting Co. Please do not reuse them without asking first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to your services for the season in which you book.
